High-precision mechanical machining

PRODUCTION PROCESSES

All the departments are air-conditioned at a constant temperature to obtain maximum precision from each process.

Alongside the machinery, we use only tablets and monitors to open 3D projects in each production department.
This innovative system allows us to increase precision, speed, and flexibility.

DESIGN WITH 3D SOFTWARE

In the die design phase, we collect the customer’s needs to create solutions aimed at optimizing production costs and times. Our designers have the technical expertise to help you develop new products, optimize manufacturing processes, and perform die maintenance.

3 AND 5 AXES MILLING

Milling of very high-precision components on metallic and non-metallic materials. We have integrated automated pallet changing systems onto the machines, which allow us to speed up processing and reduce downtime.

WIRE CUTTING AND DIE-SINKING EDM

We carry out extremely high precision machining, guaranteeing components with super-smooth surface finishes.
We are experts in processing CARBIDE, the material that makes up the cutting components of most of our progressive dies.

HIGH-PRECISION GRINDING

High-precision surface grinding and cylindrical grinding. We ensure a high level of surface finish on the ground components of our dies.

DIES ASSEMBLY AND MAINTENANCE

We provide our skilled Tool Makers with all the specific equipment necessary to deal with any possible maintenance issue. The assistance service provided by our team is fast, flexible, and accurate.

BLANKING

High-quality and precision samples in a very short time and the possibility of facing productions of any size (from small quantities to mass production).

Machinery in the blanking department:

  • 92 Bruderer presses, 60-tons (750 x 550 mm), with a mechanical feeder and feeding line with a strip straightening calender.
